I need your advice. It is about my Toshiba Satellite laptop. There was a power cut.

When booting now, it gets to Windows 7 screen of death and reports that a new hardware was either removed or added. It then loops back to the beginning.


I've checked BIOS. The BIOS still recognizes the PC hard drive.

I've tried the "Repair" with F12. It does not fix it.

Please give any advice to get this notebook working again.

I have fewer components and can do just about anything along with normal computer related stuff. I can skip and delete commercials, compress video into h.264 and other formats to save HD space. I can watch TV Live or Recorded and have something recording in the background. I can download a torrent or a streaming video with an app that allows me to watch Zinc, Boxee or Hulu. I have my DVD's ripped and ready to play, no need to load or unload disc.
