Police reports/records will often have "Latino" as the ethnicity followed by listing them White, black, or etc. as their race. Registration forms for college is the same way.

Megyn Kelly was the queen of dog whistle racism on Fox News before her new life as an NBC host, so it's kind of hard to muster any enthusiasm for her standing next to a famous black man.
