If it wasn't obvious enough from my original post in this post, I agree with the other posters who think it's just you who thinks Trump's presidency is negatively affecting IRRs.

Then stop trolling and trying to obstruct the discussion. Leave the thread if you're so bothered by anything short of worship of that cretin in the WH.

And I'm surprised this discussion was moved.

The discussion is not about policy. If it were, I would've started it in the Politics section. Instead, it's about bm/ww relationships in the trump era, whether you love him (like the kkk) or not.

"Obsession" is what Trump has for Obama. "Whining" is what he does when media doesn't kiss his ass.

He's a bad portent in US politics, and if there's ever any crisis in race relations, he will have a bad effect (as he likely already has).

It’s misandry, but feminists pretend it doesn’t exist. That is what they would refer to as erasure, erasing the opinions of black men on their own plight. Thus, making those women, white supremacists (which is what they call any man who tries to erase bw opinions on the plight of bw).

Now, to more important things... have you been staying active in the gym? What has your diet been like? We are all getting older and it’s important that we focus on longevity and heart health.

I’m doing quite well. I have been paying much more attention to my diet and activity levels. I have all but removed dairy from my diet (I occasionally will have something where milk is an ingredient). I have been sticking to lean meats, eggs, and oatmeal. Trying to stay heart healthy. I generally eat in a 2 or 4 hour period, so I do the intermittent fasting thing. It’s been clearing up my skin and making me feel healthier.

I also keep my sugar intake to just fruits, unless it’s a holiday, and I remove sodium by sticking to non-salted seasonings.

It’s important that we stay healthy and alive because non-black women need us in their lives.

    Facts lol
I'm going to try more lean meats and eggs in the morning sounds like a good idea. I've managed to cut out all sodas diet or otherwise but I want to get better with my diet like you said we're needed lol
Currently I'm in the sauna at the gym warming up to do a quick 5x5 before work. Had pneumonia two weeks ago gotta ease back into training.
    Do you meditate?

Sort of. Tunnel vision is a form of meditation. It allows me to remove the unnecessary and focus on the necessary.

As far as diet, stick to 2 eggs, 3 eggs maximum. And aim for grass fed lean meats like chicken. I do the oatmeal thing in order to get my fiber, and since it is slow digesting fiber, I feel fuller. Take your time in the gym post pneumonia. I got it in basic training back in the day, and it’s no joke.

Yeah totally slowed me down. Nothing like sickness to remind us how vulnerable we all are.

Yeah, I’ve made that mistake. Either I’m winning in fitness, or winning in the markets, and I start to feel a little invincible. Then you go outside during flu season and you get wrecked, lol.
