That was aiight & kinda funny, but I got five points to make: 1. I love CNN. 2. The comment at 0:46 and on... 3. The word "swag" has gone way too mainstream and I'm afraid we have to create another hip urban-lingo term to use. 4. I'd much rather these young black men look at Barack Obama as an example of how to conduct yourself accordingly as opposed to Flavor Flav. Last point: Bill Clinton did have a little bit of swag whether people wanna admit it or not.
No doubt that he is cool and confident, but the word "swagga" is getting annoying. It didnt become annoying when it went mainstream it was already annoying when every rapper started constantly using it. When used in a playfull context it's cool, but when used in a serious context it just comes off as retarded to me.
Don't worry, you'll be hearing plenty more of the term "swagga" in the near future. Shit, "bling bling" was alive for along time before it died. Exactly. Which is why they called him the "1st black president".
I think Obama has a straight-up strut. The day Obama first me Bush at the White House after the election and they toured the grounds, my brother called me from Atlanta and I knew what he was going to say: "Did you see Obama strutting around the White House!" Bush had one too.

I hate to break it to you folks who feel rather slighted at the obtuse misappropriation of the word "swagga", but that is the unintended consequence when a previously obscure word goes mainstream. Some folks just use it in the wrong context. I personally found it charming when the CNN chick used it, but different strokes for different people. "Swagga" is a very objective thing - you either have it or you don't. Obama, Bush II and Clinton had it, Carter and Papa Bush didn't. Its not something that can be forced.
Clever use of the word "obtuse". Everytime I hear that word it reminds me of "The Shawshank Redemption".
