A Rod & Kate Hudson Alex Rodriguez and Kate Hudson were seen out on a date at the Mustang Grill on Friday night after the actress cheered on the Bronx Bombers at the new Yankee Stadium in New York.A source said the bartender “was asking patrons not to go in the back room around 1 a.m. because A-Rod and Kate Hudson were back there making out.” A-Rod definitely got an upgrade after secretly dating Madonna. And Kate just broke up with Owen Wilson for the hundredth time and apparently no other B/C-list celebrity was available to date her. Kate and A-Rod actually make a cute totally random couple!!
Looks like Kate Hudson is into dark men she is nice. Her mother was sexy has hell back in the day to with a banging body.
If Obama with 50 % of white gene considered Black, then A-rod is def. BLk. Rodriguez is culturally hispanic but he does have african ancestors.
Part of the reason Obama is considered black,is because he considers himself as such,a black man.Ask a-rod if he considers himself a black man when people look at a-rod they dont consider him black this whole section is becoming more pathetic everytime something new is posted most of the shit posted in this section is hearsay with little to no proof of celeb brothers ACTUALLY being in relationships with the celeb white women,or dudes with white chicks who arent really black. honestly,it makes alot of you look so desperate and pathetic. The reality is that this section of the forum would have little,to no action if we were to only post black men(paternally & maternally BLACK or predominately Black) who would happen to be with white female celebs, because it seldom,if ever happens.Thats the cold hard truth.
Yeah Alex Rodriguez looks like one of those latinos with black blood in him. At least noble won't report on a white male celeb gettin a hot looking lady. Never heard those stories before:lol: Plus latinos and blacks have the closest race relationship in the country. I don't mind those shout outs on here.
Question for malikom... Getting off the A Rod is or is not black deal for a minute, according to the wording of this particular forum which I believe to include marrying, dating, or just fucking between celeb IR couples, what percentage of info posted on here do you believe is just totally false and without any merit?!
Exactly. He's from the fucking Dominican Republic. Some of you should take a visit there and see what those folks tend to look like. Besides...as I wrote before he told SI a few years back that he thinks he gets bad press BECAUSE HE'S BLACK. Those words came from the man himself. Get over it already. If he had an English surname, a French surname, a freakin' Chinese surname, etc, there wouldn't be any question about this. But give someone a Spanish surname and all of a sudden they get this magical pass out of Negro Land. Some of you guys just refuse to get a clue about this and sure enough you will be posting the same response regarding "who's not black" for years to come.
I spent two weeks in the Dominican Republican in 2007 and was frequently mistaken as a local more times than I can count, even in the Miami airport before my connecting flight. I took it as a compliment because the people are gorgeous.
In Latin America...he is NOT black. In the U.S. he'd be black IF AND ONLY IF he decided to claim it...like Obama...he's not "black" enough percentage-wise to be automatically admitted to Black U under the one-drop rule......genetically maybe black to a point but definitely not culturally black...which counts quite a bit
Wait. This response doesn't make sense. In the USA the vast majority of folks who are at least "half black" will automatically get put into the black category. A 25% person? Maybe not. But a 50%? That's almost a lock. Yes, there have been recently more questioning of this by white folk who, perhaps in fear of their shrinking numbers, are now wondering why a child from a black parent and a white parent is often considered "black". Tough luck to them since for like 200 years in this country their ancestors, great grandparents, grandparents and parents clearly put such people in the black box. Those old habits are hard to break. A guy like Obama would have been labeled black in almost every part of America so I don't see where you're coming from. Its not as if he could "pass" like that dude from Prison Break. And the one-drop rule meant, sir, one was automatically considered black even with the smallest fraction of black/African ancestry. So maybe you worded that part wrong because CLEARLY ARod and Obama would qualify. In Latin America he is not necessarily black because in latin America they are not as quick to use racial dscriptions like that. In latin America ARod would first be identified as Dominican. The "culturally black" argument we can agree on. But let me point out that "black" is most often used to refer to African Americans or the black diaspora living in western nations. In Africa the term "black" is not used as much as it in the USA (relatively speaking). And nor should it be. It would be mostly unnecessary anyway. There are people in Sub Sahara Africa who view themselves as African but view black people in America as "black" and that too has more to do with cultural differences. The "black" definition/description/category isn't perfect but neither is "white".
In the Dom. Rep., people refer to themselves as "colored." My first night there a hotel worker told me that he didn't get "many people of color from California." A direct quote. He also referred to himself and fellow workers similarly. He used the term "black" once in reference to African-Americans and specifically said that "the black people in America fight for their rights." This indicates a comparison between blacks here and there. Furthermore, there are many Haitians who've immigrated there for economic and political reasons. There is some "colorism" between Haitians and Dominicans, given that the later tend to have lighter skin by virtue of European ancestry. Anyone who hasn't been to the Dom. Rep. should probably remain silent on the issue.
