sorry lovely... 1 cup (200g) red lentils 2 tbsp olive oil 2 medium zucchini (240g) grated coursley 1 small brown onion (80g) chopped finely 1 red thai chilli chopped finely 1 cup (70g) stale breadcrumbs 1/4 cup (35g) white sesame seeds toasted 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh coriander 1/3 cup (35g) packaged breadcrumbs vegetable oil add lentils to large saucepan of boiling water; boil, uncovered about 8 minutes or until just tender. drain; press out liquid meanwhile, heat half of the olive oil in wok or large frying pan; stir-fry zucchini, onion and chilli until onion is just soft combine lentils, zucchini mixture, stale breadcrumb, seeds and coriander in medium bowl. roll tbsps of the mixture into balls; toss in packaged breadcrumbs brush vegetable oil on bbq, flatten the balls and fry until brown easy peasy and soooooo delish:tonqe: even better if you team it with a nice cold beer or glass of wine
I think my favorite would be Japanese. They have eating down to an art. Love sushi, bento, and hibachi. But I have to admit, most places have some delicious dishes. Jamaican jerk, fish tacos, thai noodles, pho. Love it all.
