I've never heard of Ron Paul being a moderate, most of what I've read about him paints him as far right as David Duke. A guy who attracts that many white nationalist and radicals won't get my vote.lol I was wondering if a dem would try to run against Obama, I doubt it though. Obama's pretty much got my vote again, I don't see how a dumb dumb like George Duba could get 2 terms and Obama shouldn't. I'd doubt Ron Paul would even get the nom, Sarah is much more popular, but you never know.
Ron Paul would probably run under the Independent Party but I think you read up on him again because his policies on government spending as well foreign policies regarding "peace keeping" and developing other nations is far less invasive then any other candidate since Carter. I personally think who ever we vote in will be a corporate puppet I just find it fun to talk about politics sometimes lol.
I still see nothing appealing about Ron Paul and I have read up on him. People are just so pissed off with the two-party system they'll throw anything at the wall to see what sticks including Paul. He is in the same category to me as LaRouche, Perot, Buchanan, Nader, and other third-partiers or Dem outliers like Kucinich who don't have a chance in hell of actually winning or even influencing policy. And like Patterson I saw photos of Paul with the guys behind racist site and other white nationalists. Weedhead acquiantances of mine are for him because he supposedly wants to legalize weed/relax the War on Drugs but I'm not a druggie so I remain unimpressed.
