Because the 'New' Black Panther Party is IRRELEVANT.

Much like the New Nazi Party, the New Mafia, the New KKK, the New Communist Party, etc.

Calling yourself a 'Black Panther' and 'new' doesn't make you legit.

 

And they don't have enough juice.
