LOL...would you believe I am home RIGHT NOW. ...and EVERYONE IS SICK, except me. I'm sitting on my couch, watching the Backyardigans on NickJr. Mrs is sick, my baby girls is sick, my son is sick...the only person that ISN'T sick is the nanny, me, and the damn dog. still.............its DAMN good to be home!!
Good to hear! Its gotta be tough to be so far away from your family! Nurse them to health and then tear down that wall;-) On a side note; In 05, when I took my current position - another company was bidding with my current employer to get me to work for them... That job was covering 5 states in that very area and I would move to Little Rock... Phew - a close call!!! I would have gone postal! How long will you endure????
three years sis. THREE DAMN YEARS The job is amazing, I'm a Senior instructor for Human Resources. The group I am in freaking OUTSTANDING.... ...I have a roomate who's name is the same name as mine (freaky). Everything really has worked to my advantage. Another problem is support two house holds. I have to support myself, and I have to support Ma and the Kids.....and not to mention my 14 year old who lives in Atlanta. .....everything else is GREAT....EXCEPT the city of Little Rock. It really is the place that time and God forgot. I was going to play golf with some buds and I heard the guy ask the owner "Hey is it ok if a colored guy plays" ...not to the owners credit he said "Man what the hell is wrong with you what kind of question is that"...but that the question... ...colored ...was asked at all is a shocker.
You can be rest assured my daughter is going any place anytime soon. LOL...she's been laying on my lap since I got off the plane. I think I spoil her too much. And Mrs is just glad to have big dad home so she can really get some rest.
OMG! 3 years!!!???? A good job and coworkers will go a long way - now how to find good friends you can hang out with a bit and you can make the 3 years go fast - errr.. fast-ish... Whaaa?????
