It's not going to happen here..there is absolutely no precedent....not in world history...let alone American history..the masses are too programmed against one another...not to mention ..

the US demographic is going to be predomitely mexican illegals...they let the corporations pimp them like no other people...no way in hell are they going to change things on this side of the border...at least not for the better.

America from now on (expecially after getting INVICERATED by a 13 trillion dollar HAND-OUT to Wall Street)...............IS A SWEATSHOP!!!!!!!!

Mofos don't understand what a TRILLION dollars is...much less THIRTEEN trillion...!!!!!

That means America is THOUSANDS of years in debt.

That means America is officially A 3rd WORLD COUNTRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The shit you see that needs to be fixed today surely will not get fixed tomorrow.

China will continue to loan Sam money because they know the American people are sold to them by the IRS via the Private Banks.

    We are Uncle Sam's collateral:smt043:smt043

Wait until the effects of that bail-out hits our asses..

    Soon...and I mean soon...

You won't be able to tell what side of the border you are on.

Well the last time was the Revolutionary War but even that was only a third of the people.
We simply can't exist like this forever. A resolution must be made. Maybe not in our lifetime or even our grandkids but at some point it has to happen. All that's ever needed to make a big change is a small group of people(relatively small of course) because that's all its ever taken to effect change.

Dude I'm with you on the fact that the have nots are programmed idiots at the moment but that can't last. We're all complacent now but it won't last forever. Absolutely nothing does. Shit the idea of a monarchy was absolute for thousands of years now that shit barely exists. But like you said before there will have to be bloodshed and that usually means the blood of the poor.

    For sure...anything is possible.

It's possible that I could get stabbed in the ass by a Unicorn from the 13th dimension..but I wouldn't bank on it.

FH you are far too cynical, here are the facts about the bailout: No one's paying new taxes directly related to the bailout. And most of the government rescue packages offered to the banks have gone untapped or are being repaid, with interest.

Remember all the outrage about AIG getting a bailout and being too big to fail? Well they received the largest slice of the bailout pie and they are making good progress in repaying.

Check out who led the anti-slavery movement in this country historically, it was the Bible thumpers, not the free traders.

It began as a moral issue and that 'morality' can't ever be removed from the equation.

Hundreds of thousands of Americans in non-slave states were against it because it was WRONG, based on their personal Christian beliefs.

Congress may have had other objectives in mind by eliminating slavery, but let's not de-emphasize the act of emancipation as a politically pragmatic move.

EDIT: My great-great grandfather would slap you upside the head for that ignorance you wrote in bolded.

All most old heads from way back ever wanted was the opportunity to work hard and reap the benefit of their labor, whether it be mental or physical.

Black folks today make too many damn excuses IMO. I myself slip into this self-defeatist mindset at times.:smt022

Look at the WH, somewhere Michelle Obama is baking fresh cornbread and two little sistas are watching rap videos on BET.

Right now is as GOOD as it's ever gonna get in this country for Black folk.

Step up your game and compete.

The Mexicans (asians)are going to kick the hell out of black folks in this country economically, politically, and socially. Just a matter of time. They (Blacks, African-Americans, Colored (Perry), Niggas as some would prefer to be called) are too busy kicking each other down than to realize the true competition in their lives and those of their children is just over the horizon. I have no pity for those who wish to die without effort and cannot see the dangers because of their own ignorance and blindness.

    Negro please.

Those mexicans would be eating their children if immigration laws were being enforced...

....and those Asians will see this Country crumble about them just like everybody else.

The ENTIRE middle-class....White and Black...has been sold out and shipped to China and India.

You will continue to see bail-outs to corporations...despite handing over the entire 13 trillion we accumulated since WWII...more will come...

The Corporations OWN the government from Obama to your local Alderman.

We can't vote our way out of this shit because it's beyond politics.

Flaming, it is clear that you have a very negative viewpoint when it comes to government/politics. As I stated earlier, no one's paying new taxes directly related to the bailout. And most of the government rescue packages offered to the banks have gone untapped or are being repaid, with interest.

    http://online.wsj.com/article/SB124042677481544533.html

What evidence leads you to believe that bail-outs will continue? As far as the national debt, http://www.usdebtclock.org/ it is very troubling and a very real threat to our economic recovery and future, but this is nothing new. The debt has gotten larger and smaller at various times throughout history and the sky has not fallen.

Obama has not even been in office two years yet, the huge spending in his first two years was done by the Fed and sanctioned by congress not Obama alone. He has stated his plan/goal to slash the debt by 2/3rds in the coming years, http://personalmoneystore.com/money...quick-loans-obama-plans-shrink-national-debt/, lets give his some time to work his plan. It is easy to by cynical, sarcastic, and a doomsayer, it is a lot harder to stay informed, concerned and part of the solution.

    Omg preach brotha preach.

Hey I have a question about law school. Do the people who do it part time find jobs like the full time student and do you think there's a need.

I hate to say it, but I believe that moreso than any other profession, where you went to law school carries great weight if you plan on working for someone else. Of course there are exceptions, and I have seen some progress in this area, but if you have an Ivy league degree the majority of firms want you, if you don't some firms wont even talk to you.

That being said there are MANY outstanding part-time programs producing excellent lawyers that go on to have great careers http://grad-schools.usnews.rankings...raduate-schools/top-law-schools/part-time-law. The areas where I would focus, Bankruptcy, Immigration, Real Estate, Wills and Estates, as our population keeps aging, and increasing these areas will always need good lawyers.

Good luck to you if you embark on this journey, just remember the advice my mentor gave me during my first year, "going to law school is like learning a very difficult foreign language, hang in there when times are tough and things will begin to click and make sense for you eventually"!
