anything to get this no-good negro out of office, and pretend like it was just a 'by the book' technicality instead of angst towards a darkie in the whitest house in America

    :smt095

why is this shit even still happening?

i thought Obama already proved he was born in Hawaii?

He did but what I think is funny is that all these dudes running go through a thurough background check by the secret service. We have the NSA FBI and the Secret Service for this exact reason.

they're acting like this brotha is on some high-level, Bourne Identity spy shit.

the good news tho, is that they're acting like this brotha is on some high-level, Bourne Identity spy shit :smt038

just like 'American Gangster.' Even if Obama falsified his information to get elected, it's still a boost to the black community for getting so far using such complex techniques, previously held only for people of fair-skin.

mothafuckas aint dummies after all, lol

you guys are living the dream tho. Corporate puppet or not, our time shall forever be remembered throughout eternity and books, like the great Caesars of Rome and the Bantu of Africa.

Very true but the said thing is he shouldn't be remembered for being black. It's childish and fucking immature, should it really be so far fetched that a man with a darker skin tone is President?
It really reveals how inferior America thinks we all are.

he will always be remembered for that, because of this country's heinous (and lengthy) history of violence and hatred towards our people. He will be remembered for bringing home our troops from Iraq also, and perhaps have his own humanitarian attribute hallowed throughout the halls of times, for his efforts in Libya as well.

If he can turn around the economy, he would really be heralded. But yes..the first thing people will say is that 'wow he was black.' (again not because we're inferior, but because he broke the glass ceiling)

Until someone between our hues makes it in and then they'll be the first true black president and Obama will be upgraded to biracial lol

Actually very true. Your statement that he will only be remembered for his skin tone may be a reach though. People will always remember the firsts for everything. First female president, first female astronaut (Sally Ride), first black president, first black "person in space" (Guion S. Bluford Jr., though not the first black astronaut. That distinction belongs to Robert H. Lawrence Jr., who died in a test flight clash).

We are minorities; that won't change for a very long time, so it's important to document firsts by the people of a minority. Women aren't really minorities, but they are treated as such.

To the birther controversy, there's nothing wrong with questioning a President's legitimacy. It's a very fair question to be asked. I don't like how this has only been an issue with Obama. Birth records were far harder to keep 200 years ago when people were born in barns, but they were all white so we will just take their word for it....

There IS an issue with not accepting the truth and moving on. The girl I'm seeing actually falls under the "birther" title as she doesn't believe she has seen enough proof that he is actually American. For a very intelligent woman, I really don't understand how she could stand so firmly on her position. She clearly isn't racist though, as she is seeing me.

You should remind her being the President is a federal job and trust me those mofos do very detailed background checks. I seriously can't believe that people actually think he'll get a pass because he's black. SMDH

Give this man a prize because he gets it.

Best believe they were looking for all kinds of shit since this dude ran for Senator and before he was offered the candidacy the democratic party most definitely ran their own check. Nobody's trying to be embarassed publically. I seriously don't understand why they never make this argument. Especially since I'm sure there is some kind of republican over sight committe that could easily look into this instead of hounding him to produce a birth certificate. Its such obvious bullshit.

If you have nothing to hide then show it. Though I don't believe Bama was born in Kenya, but I am not 100 % sure if he was born in Hawaii either. The birther movement did not start after he got in office, it started in mid 2007. Bama's team could have nipped it at the butt, but instead they went out of their way & forked millions to lock down every personal things.
Why can't the citizens see his Harvard grades, Columbia grades, case he has tried, corporation he has represented, how he voted (voting present is NOT A VOTE)? Just shady if you ask me.... if you got nutin to hide then put it out there and shut them up.

lol..why would you want to see his grades (do you want to see how you measure up to an ivy alum)? shouldn't his degrees be enough?

I am not asking so I can see how I measure up to an Ivy alum or student, I already know! The public want to see it & have requested several times, fuck it put it out there.

For people on these forums who basically say that President Obama never showed a birth certificate, then none of you paid any attention to the whole spectacle throughout 2007 (when he was still in the pressuring stages to run and 2008 on the campaign trail, in which he and the state of Hawaii (including former Governor (Republican) Linda Lingle) even confirmed his BIRTH CERTIFICATE. He actually SHOWED his birth certificate during the campaign when he ran for president.

Also, some Political Fact Checks relating to the matter at hand can help further dispel any bullshit these morons believe in. And what's even worse is that how can President Obama is still the center of it all when his opponent, John McCain was BORN in Panama, Panama? They never bothered asking him and if they did, he could have to just used word of mouth because of his military authority. If anything, John McCain would be ineligible for running for President and should be the center of it all too.

But no, all this amount to one little thing: Racism.

And RRoyce...as cool you are and nice, don't be fooled by your girlfriend who probably isn't politically astute nor aware of politics in general - but listens to the nonsense rhetoric of her peers. They can still exercise some bits of racist thoughts ingrained or influenced by family or others too.

BBW-since you're a big research guy-can you verify the authenticity of:

    1. His grandma's statemet which supposedly she said BO was born in Kenya.
    2. The small clinic/hospital?? in Kenya that claims he was born there
    3. Was it a birth certificate or announcemnt of his birth that his camapign team showed early on when this question came about
    4. Mccain had two American parents and was born on an American military base. Plus most folks are not disputing whether a person born in Hawaii should hold the highest office in the land, they are questioning if he was born there in the first place.
    5. How come we can't find doctors, nurses and nurse aides, billing office of the hospital etc.... who participated in his delivery and post up care? This was in 1960's not 1860?
