I think the behaviour of the bystanders was disgusting, it's incredible to me that they would just stand by and let it happen, especially when the girl was having a seizure. Buttttt, there have been studies on such things and it's pretty common, everyone waits for someone else to be the hero and once someone else does, they're more likely to join in because they're taking their social cues from each other(Bystander effect). Fascinating and scary at the same time. I'm glad she's ok(apart from the mental trauma) and hope her attackers get what they deserve.
