Did I question who you are ?? Or was I making a point ? I came into this forum with respect and had an opinion on Ron Paul. I was immediately attacked and called and idiot for simply saying I support Ron Paul. Don't believe me ?? just look up my earliest posts. That should tell you the vitriol nature of people in this forum. I'm stooping down to everyone else's level that attacked me AFTER i was respectful. That's ok, I'm pretty sure I don't need to be following advice from you. that's fine..its your constitutional right. but why do I get attacked for supporting a man based on principles that I believe in ? Why do people come into a Ron Paul SUPPORT thread to call me delusional and insult me ?? Arch angel was the only one who was actually making a good attempt at USING facts to counter my political views...and as far as I can remember he did so without insulting me..(not 100% sure i'll have to scroll through the thread) This forum is not a bunch of innocent nice people who are having a little bit of fun. This is a bunch of overly aggressive, narrow minded disrespectful group of people that LOVE jumping on someone who doesn't see the world through their eyes. Indeed... without the laws there would be no business entity in the first place. What's sad about these libertarian wannabe types is that they fail to realize that they would have nothing in the absence of the society in which they live. Without society's institutions, they'd have no education, no property, nothing.... yet they assume that all of these things come from nowhere. Even Adam Smith recognized that there are some things that only government can provide - or at least only the government can provide them in a manner efficient enough to make them feasible.

Correction. And this is the problem here. It's not YOU that stooped down, it's WE, as in, the community with varied positions here, who tried to avoid stooping down to YOUR LEVEL. As for Ron Paul, while the majority of people are progressive minded and support President Obama, there are people here who are more conservative and most can rationalize their viewpoints without coming off as being crazy. See, it would be one thing if you came in here and actually validated your views BASED on what you know with absolute certainty and why that candidate would be the best person for the job. I happen to agree with some things Ron Paul advocates (i.e. prostitution and marijuana legalization, war in Iraq), and there are things we don't agree with (i.e. Abortion should be limited and intelligent design ought to be taught and deregulation). And there are parts in which screams "CRAZY!" and why? It's because he, too, can distort information and carry a lot of errors. We scrutinize BASED on what we KNOW as opposed to what we FEEL regarding our candidates. And let's not forget, you're the one who called President Obama "O'Bomber" for what reason? Because he got involved with Libya, not too long before that, gotten us out of Iraq - in which he was against 100% from the start? Before you start calling out other people with names, you need to look into yourself first. Your assumptions, baseless and geared towards paranoia makes you less of an intelligent person. If you actually said something along the lines of: "I find Ron Paul to be the best person because his libertarian policies are really what we need for the future. The government have overreached, in my opinion, their authority and I feel we need a change." If you reasonably explained yourself better and not come off as an idiot like all the other nutty supporters of his, then we would more than likely grant you an audience and treat you with more respect. The only thing that your post indicates is that you don't understand the difference between Organic foods and Genetically Modified foods. Genetically Modified Foods, by definition, aren't organic, but that doesn't mean that non-GM foods are automatically Organic. Pesticides ARE used on agricultural crops in Europe. So, once again, you are factually incorrect...

Hey IDIOT do yourself a favor and check the links I posted about pesticides. Sure EU uses pesticides in some of their agriculture but the difference...They BAN the chemicals that harm the citizens of their society or at least make a conscious effort to do so. NO, but your agriculture IS being protected from poisonous chemicals. but...I think your missing the POINT i'm trying to make..regardless of LOCAL farmers..or supermarkets. If you want to buy RAW milk you can, If you want to grow a bitter almond tree in your back yard you can ! If you want to buy, sell or eat RAW un heated almonds, you can !!
