the same reason when a woman has a good man she doesn't cherish him. Same reason when woman have a man that would move heaven and earth for her she feel "pressured". Same reason a woman feels she can change a man from what he is to what she wants him to be.
it could be the thrill of chasing, most guys like unattainable woman, they like challenge, etc...at least that's why my boys who chase women hard core tell me, lol

I don't pursue. so I can't answer. You know I always wondered the same about women when they took for granted men being a good partner. It may be nature for people. They say women go after men who are nice when they are not ovulating and go for jerks when they are ovulating.
but usually the relationships fail so challenge concur fail! hence why you shouldn't challenge because it is going to be a fail.
lippy would never suggest that challenge/concur are the end all be all...i am only telling you what i know of men...they love a challenge...hunting...seeking...to concur their prey...lippy has a list of men (ex bfs) that just feel the need to keep in touch...they never really go away completely...random phonecalls...texts...emails...saying, i thought about you today...you crossed my mind...how are things going...then the age old question: are you seeing anyone? would you like to get together? men are quite funny
Well I am telling you as a man!. We like it all easy. no challenges. We like to make our millions of dollars for free(no challenge i.e. working for it). We like to get our cars for free and not work for it. and we like to have sex for free. The fact that the exs are going for known territory over going after unknown territory is proof of that. Women are a lot harder to win over when you are a complete stranger. The ones that know us are going to give us a better chance. Ask a man if would he like a challenge to get a hot woman or to just automatically get her and I bet he will say the latter.

what is easy about getting turned down? obviously bosox is not accepting this man's advances...i don't agree that it is easy for a man to come back to what is familar because many times that means that he may have to make consessions or straighten up...not all women are willing to give a man a second...third...chance
