ALL those groups claim their ancestors came from Africa eons ago...I'd take their word over yours or any anthropologist. Where did they get their wooly hair....the Swedes? C'mon now.. Whenever a group of Blacks are found in places far from Africa...white Anthropologists play the "they aren't from Africa card" because then they'd have to admit Africans have an EXTENSIVE maritime history.. I highly doubt Professor Sonny Wulong is from Papua New Guinea or any of those other places....his ignorance is unacceptable.

Many people aren't obsessed with the past - it doesn't make them stupid - it's an interest, like with anything else. He may become more interested in it when he gets older, or he may not, but what's the big deal? He's culturally American. It's like you feel personally offended - it's strange. You're a dumb bitch. Many, if not most, black people in America readily accept the term "African-American" and Africa is well infused into our styles of music, dance, and worship. With the possible exception of Jamaicans, there is no other black population in the western hemisphere who embraces their African heritage like American blacks. What we are not, however, are Africans. Five minutes spent with anyone from Nigeria, Uganda, Ethiopia, or Morocco should make that clear to even the dimmest of persons.
