Ron Paul - He Owns It But Disavows It?!?

Called out on articles printed in the 80's and 90's in newsletters he owns, Ron Paul is now claiming he didn't do it....

I remember listening to it on the radio today. A man had a good point about it. If he didn't know about it, what does that say about his decision making skills?

This is nothing new. He espoused populist rhetoric back when he wasn't a big name in politics, and yet doesn't have the guts to own up to the things he said back then.

 

I don't care - you all acting like fools. I wanted to send a message to BBW but that was not possible.

UPDATE: Just saw the CNN Interview where Gloria Borger spoke to Ron Paul and he's grown increasingly testy, especially when asked about the newsletters and the incendiary statements relating to race and conspiracy theories. Towards the end, he took off his mic and basically gave the "fuck off" and accused CNN of bias.

 

His true colors bleed under scrutiny... If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck...lol

 

A 76 year old populist with some ideas that would more or less make this country less. He's living in the olden days too much.

 

There's some speculation that he's now considering running as on the Independent ticket.

 

That would be one hell of a problem since Gary Johnson, the other libertarian GOP member, is willing to run on the Libertarian ticket. A four-way ticket would be one hell of a number that would guarantee Obama's reelection.

 

Truth, even a 3 way ticket= gurantee for BHO.

 

It was obvious this guy was a bigot back in 07. Not to mention 20 years ago for the people who were actually paying attention. Problem was his head in the sand fanbase pretty much ignored all the evidence as well as the media, which is always quick to give white racists the benefit of the doubt (although this might just be America in general). Anyway watching it come back to bite him in the ass has been extremely satisfying.

 

He's flying under the radar like any whack on crack...trying to play down his connection to past rants and radical constituents... Maybe he's hoping that this latest media inquiry will generate some much needed publicity for him.

Fact remains he's anti-Semitic, condescending of black Americans, and playing to an audience with low IQs. I call it the hillbilly mentality. Play on fears, make appeals for money, and laugh all the way to the bank.

In 2009, he was a keynote speaker at a John Birch Society meeting, so he can't make the claim that his affiliation was "a long time ago"...

 

I just find it extremely annoying how many minorities and liberals were hanging off this guy's ballsack like he was ever anything special. The guy is a creep and his son is a chip off the old block.
