Reagan and Clinton didn't inherit the worst financial crisis since the great depression. If you ask me.. Barak Obama has some HUGE Cojones... He started with an uphill battle that was next to impossible. And he's still going. Really he is an inspiration. You teapartiers/republicans/whatever you are now should really stop hating on the man. I'm sure if YOU were president we would have fallen off the map already.
Mr. Gore lambasted Mr. Bush for what he called "the worst economic performance since the Great Depression." http://www.nytimes.com/1992/09/24/u...-imperils-business.html?pagewanted=all&src=pm _____________________________________________________________ Re-Run
Reagan and Bush both had economic problems when they entered office. The only reason this one is considered worse than theirs is because America has changed greatly over the 20-30 years since they've been in office. The fact is that even though Bush was in office as President. The Democrats took over the house and senate in 2007-2008 and held control through the first two years of Obama's presidency. So I think its funny how Democrats try to pin all the blame on Bush when it was their spending which contributed greatly to the problem we're in today. I don't shed any tears for Obama. His policies haven't worked these past 4 years and they won't work the next 4 years.
Bush administration benefited from the residual effects of the tech bubble from the 90's. It's a cliche now since last 30 years every American president has inherited a bad economy. Obama inherited a near collapse of the America economy. Remember breaking news on all news outlets this country was in a state of emergency. Obama inherited a nightmare while Bush ran thru surplus. You conservatives are like parrots spending isn't the issue. Stop applying old conservative ideologies to a 21st century economy. Repubs and Dems have to buckle down and change the entire system. You conservatives continue to starve the people and ship jobs across seas. And this country will collapse like a house of cards. The private sector isn't big enough to save the American economy.
