For the record, I will vote for President Obama, however, I believe he will lose this election. If I'm wrong, then I deserved to be smacked by you all. This Benghazi incident In Libya is hurting the President among members of the military here. I believe it will bleed over into the general public who are beginning to feel that the President lied to them. I still think it will be the economy that will make the difference. Unfortunately, the President will not get the credit he deserves for saving the economy from a depression when he came into office. He had a mess dropped in his lap. If he lose, I feel someday he will be vindicated by history.

I'm actually voting for Romney, but I believe Obama will win based on current electoral vote standing. Voter turnout will be a huge factor though, especially with weather concerns on the east coast.
I am not sure which poll to believe or what outlet but it appears it might be a close game at this point and can go either way. But I agree with Arch if BO lose will not be vindicated by history! In fact will be labeled the worst president since the formation of the union.

We had a foreign CONSULATE in Benghazi, not the embassy in Tripoli, that was targeted by militants/terrorists. As more info is revealed, it's been discovered that the CIA sent assets to defend the consulate which arrived minutes after the attack. Did people expect a regiment to protect the U.S. consulate in Benghazi?? Usually the host nation is responsible for embassy security, so if there was a mistake made by the State department, it was in assuming a newly democratic Libyan government could effectively protect a U.S. diplomatic installation. The enlisted military doesn't have enough votes to sway an election. All indicators are that a Romney victory would be a significant upset based on poll numbers. Obama and the State Department may have been partially negligent in the Benghazi attack, but so far they haven't outright lied about anything. Don't expect that from a Romney administration. Let's come back down to reality people. If Obama loses, his administration won't be labeled THE worst in American history. Only Fox News is obsessed with Bengazi and Romney mentioned it on the debate but,it did not stick. So,I doubt Romney will win because of what happened in Libya.
Benghazi will not be a significant determining factor in the election because the story has not gotten enough broad scale traction.....Your concerns haunt you only because you have probably been watching some Fox News coverage........The rest of the major news networks, which so many Independents and Democrats tune into, are willing allies of the the President and the democratic party and have coordinated themselves so as to stifle the story and not sully the presidents chances.......What will drive people as they go into the polls is what a leadership can do to improve their financial condition.......
