Yes, Jay-Z is ugly. The problem with his outfit is that it is a strange combination of hiphop and wanna-be hipster/bohemian. All of the clothes are brand-new (Timberlands/jeans especially), and the the weird thing is that the skinny jeans are baggy - like he's not comfortable with the look, meaning it's not "him". Skinny jeans are supposed to be tight. And accompanied with dirty-ass boots or grungy Converse sneakers/Vans. Point being is not that he looks that he just rolled out of bed, but that he's trying too hard. It's not a horrible outfit, but the textures and ideology is all wrong. You have to wear your clothes, not let your clothes wear you.
