Look I'm not saying I agree with the firing but I understand his position. It creates a disruptive work environment and I know this is something women hate hearing but attractive women dressed in certain clothing is incredibly disruptive to men. Its truly an involuntary response which is why wearing certain things isn't considered professional. Honestly I don't know the details of the case so I can't speculate. i just don't know what his other options were if he told her to dress differently and she didn't.

And I've had this critique of women in the work place for years. Either wear clothes that don't accent your body or just have us work in completely segregated offices. I went to a unisex high school and know for a fact my grades were way better because we didn't have girls there. And let me say this to be 100% clear. I think women are just as capable as men are and shouldn't be discriminated against because of their gender but we can't ignore certain things because its uncomfortable. I don't know if he handled it the best way but I don't know what his options were.

Objectivity doesn't register in your little head, my poor man and the question in bold solidifies that. Yes, we all tend to get horny, but I'm sure that, with a rational mind of his, he's capable of controlling his impulses, realizing that he's married and subjected to societal norms of commitment, love, and lust and abide by that. And realizing that if he were to do that, it's his own damned fault for acting it out. Can't blame the "attractive" woman for her genetic make-up. He can exercise control in this respect knowing his conscience is fully aware of the consequences.

The way she dressed coincides with her appearance and quite frankly, it still doesn't change the fact that the guy has insecurity problems and want to find fault in the (excellent) worker (for a good long time might I add), who never flirted with him, nor made any advances. That woman worked for that guy for ten years. He is just a jerk and if he knew she was wearing that clothing he would had fired her on her first week of work but,he didn't.
