One expects that at a certain age your control of your sexual urges is a bit better than that of an ape or a he-goat. The notion that her dress was sexually alluring hence was too much of a distraction show a lack of control on the man's part and i am sure if the woman wore a nun's gown he would still not have been able to control his urges. Total bullshit.

He is not an 18 year old he is an adult and should learn to control his urges. Should all bosses fire their employees because they personally find them sexually attractive? C'mon man.

You mean because she exchanged texts inappropritely or not that makes her firing justified. I mean its his job and no one can dictate to him but the reason for firing her just doesnt make sense.

 

Definitely raises some interesting questions as to how this situation of her firing came about.

A line is crossed when your boss knows about your sex life and personal family matters in your relationship. Something is just not adding up, he can only know what she told him.

First I thought it was merely an innocent woman just doing her job and the horn dog boss in rut couldn't control himself, but sounds like it was heading in a direction that was not too kosher with them relaying such personal information about their private lives.

This is why the notion of a strict and professional working relationship is so paramount. It removes any false impressions.
