The gif made it look worse than it actually was. It appears he was infact trying to kiss her cheeks but she was uncomfortable or startled by it.

Fiddy should have known better than to try and get some love from a reporter in an event where the confederate flags are flying high and the beer supply is running low. If I was 50 I might consider going into Tiger Woods mode and bringing a harem of white women just to irritate the nascar crowd next time.
