Well, white wine is served with fish or poultry and red wine is served with beef. Unless she knows the difference, it is up to the man to know the difference, as well. Knowlege of wine brands also helps, too.

Prego and Ragu are what I use for spaghetti sauce. But, I like to combine the two to make Pragu. This combination tastes excellent. But I use green pepper and mushroom. I don't know what you choice of sauce is, but that is my choice. Try combining Prego with Ragu, you might like it. Oh. Don't forget the Italian bread with garlic butter.
