Funny thing, I never call my manager my 'boss' or 'owner'. He is my manager. I have a co-worker who calls our "superiors" sir or ma'am. To me, they're Rob, Mike, Suzan and Bill. He attempted to laugh it off, but it created an extremely uncomfortable environment of teeth sucking, *ouches* and *wow*. I don't remember my exact response, but I assure you I didn't just laugh it off. That said, I realize my post was a little long-winded, but I stated that if you choose to work in a corporate environment, then you have to abide to rules and policies set forth by your company as long as they apply equally to everybody. That is not what I consider pandering. What I'm saying is that it is 510% completely wrong when Arch tells TDK to abandon his convictions in order to be accepted. If TDK has personal views on Ferguson, he should be able to hold those... he should be able to participate in Occupy Wallstreet or Trayvon Martin rallies and not be judged by his peers (or superiors as Arch views them). His personal life and personal views are his own and should not require conformity to others views for progress in his professional life.

Shouldn't everyone be able to hold their own personal view without being called names...arch man calls you all by name...you all in return call him names other than his name...when you do that it elevates him to to a level of respect ... TDK has dug his own grave on this website...there isn't much more to say than that when it comes to him
