WE PETITION THE OBAMA ADMINISTRATION TO: Reform Qualified Immunity doctrine, removing eligibility from Local and State Police Forces. Police have come to rely upon the legal doctrine of Qualified Immunity to protect them from both incompetence and malice in the performance of their duties as relates to interaction with the public at large. I think you're on to something ... changing laws is the answer. I'd add reconsidering "stand your ground" laws too. What I found most difficult to reconcile is that you could be walking home from a skittles run and be attacked by a stranger, only when you defend yourself (unsuccessfully) your shooter gets off on self-defense. What am I missing?
And that it's racist ass Florida and the jury saw black which equals thug so there's no way he wasn't in the wrong.
I was listening to conservatives talk about how much of a thug he was but after the verdict , even they were shocked.
