And at some point, judges are going to start sanctioning the lawyers involved in these cases. Judges do not like frivolous lawsuits and the more these things that get dismissed, the more likely it is that judges start to put the hammer down.

 

Where's the hypocrisy?

 

The hypocrisy is the Trump campaign complaining that when the AP and other media outlets call states for Biden, those calls are fraudulent and it's not the media's role to do that.

But when those same outlets call states for Trump? Well suddenly the media is doing exactly what it is supposed to do, and should be applauded. When that tweet was made, only about 75% of Alaska's votes had been counted.

 

And I'd also add that North Carolina is projected to go for Trump as well, again with nary a peep from the Trump campaign about how "unfair" it is for the media to project the winner of a state.

Turnout in 2020 was the highest for an American presidential election in a century. Two-thirds of all eligible voters (160 million) participated in this election.

You completely glossed over the 80 million Americans who didn't even bother to vote, so the number could have been higher.

 

The truth is a quantifiable series of fifty outcomes (i.e. results from fifty states) that cannot be derived from anything other than a democratic process.

That is why five judges (so far) have thrown out Trump's cases alleging electoral malfeasance.

If you feel strongly about it, you can donate money to Trump's "defense fund". I find it strange that a man who supposed to be worth billions cannot shell out a few million for recounts out of his own pocket?

All true but the simplest explanation is that the rate of participation and large scale issuing of mail-in ballots has a positive correlation that might reveal causation in the months ahead.

All elections should provide every eligible voter with access to a ballot. Oregon and Colorado have exclusive vote-by-mail systems. Combine the mailing of a ballot to every eligible voter with in person voting and you'll see elections with higher turnout.
