Ok so the question has been asked but never really explored about metros for bm/ww conus and oconus. Here is my list best on my travels and experience along with empirical data. I would like both bms and wws to come up with list. Let’s limit list to major metros

I can tell y’all by first hand experience San Diego is an awesome spot. The last 8 or so months I been living here has been pretty good pre Corona lol.

 

I don't have any experience in terms of dating outside my home town of Atlanta, but I would definitely put it on the list for a white woman! Lots of black men to choose from, also interracial dating is very common and accepted here. As soon as I became single and entered the dating pool, I wasn't even looking specifically for an interracial relationship, but right away I was showered with messages, compliments and getting approached and chatted up by black men (and other men too of course)
