I'm brand new to the site and was surprised to find the chat room has been empty every time I've visited. Does anyone ever use it?
I go to the chat sometimes.....it's usually empty tho.......which is odd for a dating themed site like this.... i figured you chatty lot would have more to say to each other, in real time this is like the old school dance...where the boys would stand on one side and the girls would stand on the other...with maybe 1 or 2 people actually doing something on the floor
i've found that the best way to get to talk to someone in the chatroom(s), is to open it in another tab on your comp, and then just sit in there while still browsing the boards. i do that when i'm in the mood to talk, and it usually attracts somebody. a couple weeks ago, we had about 6 people in there.
Another possibility would be to make a kind of appointment ,let's say saturday 6 pm eastern time or any other time
It's worth a try and if it turns out not to work we can still stick to opening the chat rooms in another window/tab
sounds good....post a thread somewhere where people we'll see it, and see what kind of responses you get.
Glitches in chat... We had a fairly full room last night and EVERYONE kept having problems. It kept locking up and caused each of us to sign out several times.
We still didn't come to a concrete decision....lol Yeah...lol Go up to where it says "Site Navigation" and scroll down to Chat and click on that....
