Yeah, Hans Gruber from Die Hard and his take on the Sherrif of Nottingham in Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves are pretty iconic. Alexander Dane/Dr. Lazarus in Galaxy Quest and of course Snapes in the Harry Potter films also memorable characters.
