MANCHESTER, N.H. – Republican Rep. Michele Bachmann of Minnesota has formally entered the presidential race.
The tea party favorite announced Monday that she has filed papers to kick off her bid for the GOP nomination to challenge President Barack Obama next year. Her comments came in the opening minutes of a televised debate involving her and six other Republican hopefuls.
Bachmann has drawn large crowds in Iowa and elsewhere by championing the tea party goals of social conservatism and deep cuts in government spending and regulation.

Michele Bachmann's top consultant, will be Ed Rollins, he said Sarah Palin’s quitting as Govenor was a disaster and insulting and stated this:
Ed Rollins was once overheard saying that he wanted to "knock out" Mitt Romney's teeth.

So you know this is going to be fun.

No pro football, perhaps no pro basketball-this will be America’s sport.

Michele Bachmann once accused Obama of running a "gangster government". And said this
, though it actually happened when Republican Pres. Gerald Ford was in office.

She is a very bad liar or does not know accounting very well:
Again why is it that every time Pres. Obama travels to meet with foreign leaders or they come here he gets attacked by conservatives?

Her history is as astute a Palin’s, on the Founding Fathers and the Constitution
I guess she did not know many of the Founders owned slaves and I guess she is unaware of the Civil War and it’s affect on slavery.

What is remarkable is that she is a front-runner to be the next Pres. Despite knowing very little about the country she wants to run.

This comes to no surprise. Even her disastrous State of the Union response reek of ill-informed nonsense. You can tell she's reaching out to that woefully ignorant faction of people.

Whats actually shameful is the fact that theres enough support in this country to give her a legitimate chance to even compete in the primaries.

Politics are nothing more than constant competition to represent a social identity.
