Back in Action is Netflix’s Top U.S. Film Debut


Back in Action scored the biggest Netflix weekend debut an English language movie has seen since 2022.

The Jamie Foxx and Cameron Diaz-led action movie brought in 46.8 million views on Netflix during its opening weekend, marking the most views in a premiere weekend for an English-language movie since 2022’s The Adam Project.

The film has reached a cumulative total of 88.9 million views since January 17.

LOL, after watching the various complication clips & YouTube commentary of Shameik Moore simping over Hailee Steinfeld in the press interviews for the "Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse" & after her engagement was announced, I think Shameik is jealous too that he didn't get to be involved with her in a live action film instead of just animation.

This looks REAL good! Don't understand why it keeps getting pushed back. The last I heard it was supposed to come out in March.

But I think it's obvious that Hailee's Character Mary and MBJ's twin Elijah are the two that get involved.

Damn cousin that's a spoiler image and I refused to watch the entirety of the latest movie trailer too just because lol.
 
I mean it should get pushed back further. Horror movies should not come out in Spring or Summer. Fall & Winter is the ideal time.
They should come out late August at the earliest but really I think the time period niche for them is September through January. @darkcurry

Yeah I agree, but that's why I think should of came out in January or at least keep the original date. It still looks very intriguing.

Right I think this movie should have come out at the earliest when Beetlejuice Beetlejuice did ie Early September.
