It's how much rep you can give/take away, so if you have 4 rep power and you give someone negative rep, they will lose 4 reputation points, if you give them positive rep, they will gain 4 reputation points. The more reputation points someone has, the more green blocks they get under their name they get.

So basically it's like chocolate coins, shiny, but not really worth anything. Hurry up and spend it before someone checks if it's real >.>

Actually, I think it'd be if you have four rep points and neg rep someone then they'll lose 2 rep points.

Don't believe that dude...too much negative rep can put you on censor mode....everything you say would have to get pre approved before the wwbm government allow it to be posted...

Aside from going into censor mode, it doesn't do anything. That's only if you get negative rep. If you get positive rep...you don't get a prize.
