This is really beautiful.

One of my favourites is a Nietzsche quote, loosely translated from German it means 'Nothing is worse than all regret about the past'....

It really resonates with me because there are a couple of things I have regrets about and I hate it. It takes time to let go...and this saying reminds me of that.

Even harder than that is when you know the words, which mean so much to you, would not change a damn thing if said aloud.

Yep, LB, I was there Tue night. Had a thousand things I wanted to say, but knew that nothing I said would change anything. :(
