After today, I've realised that I'm tired.
I'm tired of the same old people starting shit, stirring it and then calling fowl.
I'm tired of having to police so called adults who act in a way here that they would never in real life.
I'm tired of being tested and having to flex my mod muscle just to try and get some peace, kindness and understanding amongst people who are supposedly here for the same reason.
I'm tired.
I have shit in my life that would knock even the hardest of person, yet I try to remain positive. The individuals here that continue to fight for sheer fighting sake, grow up.

I understand why you want to throw in the towel with certain people behaving as though they're still in junior high, but the forum needs you. Many of us respect & appreciate you & everything you bring to the site, so please don't let the few who don't run you off.
I know it's hard dealing with folks who don't understand respect or common courtesy or self-control, but without strong, positive mods & members like yourself this site is worth a damn.
What the site doesn't need:
-the troublemakers doing the fighting & shit-stirring, especially the ones who go out of their way to start shit with others
-people who turn every thread into a free-for-all where adults can't have an actual discussion
-people who whine about being expected to behave as adults, thinking they should be allowed to behave any way they want (even though they have a problem with others who do the same shit they do)
-those who cry about being held accountable for their bad behavior & whine about how unfair it is when the say no one else is held accountable for theirs, which is a load of crap...not everyone whines about their infractions/restrictions & the Webmaster isn't obligated to share that info with anyone who isn't that individual...just because they aren't aware of it doesn't mean it isn't happening...they also have no clue what goes on behind the scenes or how much work is put into it running this place
-those who bitch about the way the Webmaster runs his site...if they don't like it, they don't have to stay...it's his site & he can do with it whatever he damn well pleases & he owes no one any damn thing
-those who claim others wanting respect means they expect their asses kissed when the reality is it's them who want their asses kissed
-anyone with a stank attitide

TDK, its that attitude that has people not wanting to post here let alone be a mod.
That attitude sucks the life & fun out the place...it runs people off & there's no doubt in my mind that it makes others not want to join.
rayer: I appreciate all you do. Don't go. The losers should be banned. Stirring trouble for no reason is foul ........most times it has no bearing on debating the point of the threads even.
Exactly to continually spout that the troublemakers should be ignored and allowed to run rampant is foolish. She's a mod.....her job is to LOOK. And instead of everyone putting the troublemakers on ignore why don't the troublemakers just buck up and behave. What a novel idea. :smt017
