I think it looks pretty realistic. Maybe she took classes in self defense.
I hade one in February and they taught how to use every day items (like keys, bags, umbrellas) for defense.
They also taught how to hit and kick correctly. Every woman should take classes in self defense imo.

It is just odd that this man stole what seemed to be a pen instead of a purse. also, that looked like less karate and more krazy.
