David tenant made a kick ass dr who I was sad to see him go because he fit the role perfectly He was imbecilic, comedic and childish at times..and believably so Then, before you knew it, he would become cold, calculated and methodical in equal believability One of the bits involved him putting on a gas mask found at a contemporary crime scene and childishly asking authority figures 'are you my mummy?' in a homage to a long forgotten episode, where he encounters a ghastly young boy with a gas mask fused to his face during the blitz of Britain This ghostly boy would go around asking people if they were his mummy, because he couldn't find her
What I loved about John Pertwee as the Doctor was that he was an ass kicker. Pertwee knew karate. Tom Baker(after he regenerated from John Pertwee's body) was as what one of the Time Lords from Galifrey had explained(okay, she was warned) to Sarah Jane was that the next Doctor would be... erratic. Tom Baker's Doctor was erratic, eccentric, daring, inquisitive, humorous and brave. Tom Baker really let it all hang out as the Doctor. Peter Davison was more of an intellectual who was sometimes arrogant. But he had an equal in young Adric(he was a genius at math). Sadly, Adric died saving the earth while trying to stop the robotic Cybermen. Sylvester McCoy was a wise ass Doctor who didn't respect authority because authority has to be proven. And for a man of McCoy's age, he was very physical. His travelling companion Ace was a schoolgirl girl who makes bombs. The actress who played her was cute.
Haha The modern doctor who's (eccleston/tenant) don't really do hand to hand combat. They generally rely on sheer wits (compiled by living almost infinite lifespans), lots of hauling ass and an ever present sonic screwdriver, to get them out of trouble
The sonic screwdriver. I miss that device. That thing got the Doctor out of a lot of jams. A multi tool every Time Lord should have on their person. Baker and Davison also relied on their sheer wits(Baker infused humor)as well.
You don't want that. In that post it comes across as female, but the rest of its posts it was posting as a male.
This place really needs like a sarcasm emote You think I'd seriously seek out someone who refers to bm like they did God I have 'some' standards
No, Jethro dear. I didn't think that at all...I know better where you're concerned. Evidently I could've used a sarcasm emoticon myself, or maybe 'lol' thrown in there somewhere.
Yep We ALL have imperfections. I think she truly looks happier with her chiseled down chin looks. Helps her self esteem Kudos to the doc who worked on her
