Pretty obvious. She is a crazed fan and she is hyping herself up to kiss him. Sort of like when Micheal Jackson was on stage and the women wouldn't let go of him when brought up.

That may be a possibility. But I was under the impression that she was the main performer and the guitarist a back-up musician. But, it is all how one interprets what was seen.

According to the maid who worked for Howard Marshall(I think that was his name), after the wedding ceremony, Anna went away with a black guy. They didn't have a "honeymoon". And I think ANS did all the work in the bedroom, as it were.
ANS saw him as a beloved favorite customer at the strip club she worked in. She appreciated his favor. But this is business. I guess it was a marriage of convenience in the beginning but turned to love in his final days.
