Today it seemed like I ran into or saw everybody I knew and didn't want to talk to at the grocery store. It's so annoying when that happens, especially when they try to engage you in small talk (which I hate). Fortunately I was able to avoid most of them by ducking and hiding. lol

Thankfully all my friends are as antisocial as I am, so when we see each other out and about we nod and keep walking.

LOL, lucky you. :p A lot of my friends are like that too, but unfortunately most of the people from yesterday weren't folks I consider friends. lol

I wonder if this will be a come to Jesus moment for the world and how we do things. It's horrible that it's happening but its messing with the health of the general public making sure no one can ignore shit anymore and if you do you die unfortunately. It's also fucking with the only thing rich people care about and that's their wealth. No one to consume no way to make money.
At the very least bring back more manufacturing to the US so we don't disrupt supply chains. And make the CDC as half as well funded as the military.
Wish you could read this article https://www.nzz.ch/feuilleton/coron...d&mktcval=164_2020-03-14&kid=_2020-3-14&trco=
It talks about what such seemingly “totalitarian” measures as are being imposed in Europe now are going to change the way we think about life, function as a society etc.
Something we aren’t used to in our Western countries is the idea that life is fragile and uncertain. If this goes on long enough there are certainly going to be some changes. It’s also a litmus test for good political leadership.

Me too but my ocd is only focused on preventing final destination type of tragedies. I view some people as ticking time bombs with their neglectful habits. Others just have the anti-midas touch. One dude that worked with me briefly, broke everything he touched even the test equipment. How on earth do you break test equipment? Made my nerves bad.

LOL
What will you do if you get the virus?

I would just ignore it. My health is too important to be worried about a mental construct created in the lesser mind of another organism.

If I wasn't sick I would probably dare them to attack me or show them my middle finger. Soon as they become the aggressor and get within range they would feel what it's like to fight a real man. Left hand shots to distract and irritate, right hand coming with enough Newtons to kill. I'm not pro-violence but if we gonna go there lets get it on like men. No mercy, someone's mama is gonna cry and it won't be mine.
