My goofy boss has struck again.

Recently he's been trying to cut costs wherever he can, yet he's cutting in areas he's better off spending the money. Our towel service is one such area. He has the towel people coming monthly rather than weekly and has decided to wash the towels himself every week. It turns out laundry is another thing he sucks at doing. Many of the towels are used in the kitchen and they get greasy & some of them get covered with heavy duty cleaning chemicals, so you have to do a thorough cleaning job. He uses cheap detergent from the dollar store, not even close to enough bleach, and he crams way too many into one load. They don't get clean...they stink & they're greasy.

Last week he brought the towels back from washing them & left them in the kitchen. Not long after, it smelled like something was burning. I traced the smell to the kitchen where one of the employees was opening the plastic bag he'd thrown the towels into. When she opened it, smoke started pouring out...several of the towels were burned & smoking like crazy, probably from the grease & chemicals. When he returned to the store we told him about it & he just laughed it off like it was no big deal.

He washed towels again yesterday. I was curious about whether or not he did anything differently with the towels, but unfortunately he didn't. We found a note with the bag of towels this morning...

"The towels caught fire inside the dryer. I'll dry them at a cooler temperature next time."

WTF? There is absolutely no hope for that fool.

And just think, he falls under the heading of one of these small buisiness job creators who are suppose to help save the economy according to some people..........:shock:

We were all trying to figure out who that someone could be around here. I also wonder if there was anyone else at the laundromat when the fire started. It is good that he was actually there when it happened...he usually just throws the stuff in the washer or dryer then takes off & goes back for it later.

He told the manager at the other store what had happened, and she said he was laughing about it like it was something fun & exciting that had happened to him. She said he sounded like he got a kick out of the whole thing.

Oh yeah...working for a useless trust fund baby who has no clue about business or real work (or much else to do with reality) is a privilege for us common, working class folks. :rolleyes: People like my boss and the idiots who think folks like him are good for the economy don't know shit about the value of money or anything else since they've never had to work for any damn thing. Parents who hand everything over to their kids without teaching them how to work & make their own way in life aren't doing them any favors.

for me 5 kg /10-12lbs more, soo around 4 weeks???
Since I am on diet, I smell food, I see food, I even dream of food everytime, everywhere:smt120....something I've never experienced before
 
Have you ever seen someone fully clothed and expect that they look a certain way naked, only to discover they look totally different than you thought they would? That's just crazy talk.

Whenever that happens, I go running. I'm so wiped out afterward that the only thing on my mind is sleep.

As for me, I have been nicely surprised before,,, that was good crazy talk...
 
About a week ago, the surgeon performed a biopsy on a bad member,...He determined that member was like a cancerous metastasizing tumor to the body of the forum........Like tissue that did not fit here with a consistently caustic belligerent tone......The tumor had some of the forums brightest minds fooled embracing some and chastising others in a litany of meaningless tense debates........But our surgeon did what great surgeons do......He identified, isolated and then cut out a bad growth......
............Masterful Job Webmaster !!.....Rest in peace blk4ww.....we will keep a small sample of your material frozen for study.... until we can find a cure for the kind of cancer you spread.............

So I got the book "I got The Fever" by J.C. Davies after it was one of the most talked about books on here. little did I know, it's a Self-Helo book for women. I wonder how many other men got this book also.
