Probably not. I can understand not wanting to deal with problem customers, but the owner is obviously an asshole himself. Especially his attitude toward the poor/beggars and people who care about them.

If I'm patronizing a business, especially one run by a small business owner (or a wannabe one) I'm there because they provide a good product and/or service. If/when I see shit like that posted up on or around a business, that's a red flag for me that product & service more than likely won't be great outside of whatever very small customer base that they might have.

Definitely a red flag and would put me off as well; I'd take my money elsewhere. Those types of people don't belong in the service industry IMO.
