My only issue with Diggle is why doesn't he wear a mask when he's out with Arrow? Roy does. He and Oli spend way too much time together in civilian settings for someone not to put 2 and 2 together after seeing him helping Arrow with no mask.

I seen diggle wear balaclava on some ops.....he does it this season and you see him hiding his identity, as him and Roy take down machine gun thugs a few weeks ago

Kinda weird that everyone else hides ALL THE TIME and the one black guy doesn't

As for the guy, I would have preferred Terry Crews or Michael Jai White. But this brother is ok too.
