This type of behavior has been going on for centuries. Why would it stop now? I'd say that it's a generational curse however all skin folk ain't kin folk. They had black confederate soldiers too.

 

This fool. When I was in college and working in hospitals in the 80s there was constant teaching about superbugs and pandemics. There were all sorts of policy and monthly drills.
