I think it started in Atlanta then spread to other locations in Georgia once it started to catch on. Must be fairly successful if it's branching out to other states. Of course it would be either Dallas or Austin where they would open up a location.

Yep, it's not likely to open up in a lot of places here. According to what I found, the founder also has a cookbook out called EAT PLANTS, B*ITCH.

If someone tried to serve me some bullshit like that on a plate it's getting thrown against the wall like Shug Avery did to Mister in "The Color Purple".
