Isn't she a Republican strategist or something? Sorry I've been away from the thread for so long and am not making the timeliest comments. I've been hanging out with my son for the last 2 and 1/2 weeks. We're having a blast!

Virginia Tech has a gun scare today and the campus was on lockdown for many hours. Some students told campus police that they saw a guy walking with a gun in his shorts. They searched for hours and didn't find anything. I apprecaite the campus police working deligently to find a "suspect" after the 2007 massacre but this could have been a big prank, who knows. What the fuck is the school making themselves a GUN FREE ZONE? Yep, dumb ass it is a gun free zone, for citizens who do abide by the law but for criminal and mass murderer that don't mean shit. They will bring a gun and take out anyone if they want too. Enough with this nanny state mentality!!!! How about making it a conceal carry zone, allowing every student to arm and protect themselves. Anybody wants to go Psycho on you, you put him down b4 he gets to you or loved one, better him than you, PAW; that's what liberty is about, don't fuck with me, I don't fuck with you, but you fuck with me expect consequences.

:confused: It is? I have never seen anyone packing a gun in my whole life. I go to lots of public places.

Yeah until you're in a situation where a nut job has one and you don't. Do you know taking away guns from the people is the first step in an oppressive regime. No guns the people are far more likely to comply.

Co-siggy. Guns don't kill ppl but psychos do. So the law abiding citizens should be able to protect themselves from ruthless criminals. Y'al tree huggers, Kumbaya singers, the world is so beautiful, we all love each other Michale Jackson lyrics writers can move to peaceful gun free zone country, i.e. Norway. Oh, I forgot Norway is not peaceful anymore.

Well, we all not a 5'5, a 125lbs, blonde Rocky Mountain Subarbian Soccer MILF with professional football players connections and star bucks cofee shop frequenters latin American friends, lol. Some of us have lived and worked in Americas dangerous cities, we also stand out as a target, so your lilly enviroment might be different than ours, JC, lol.

With all jokes aside JC, doing a few night shift in major Metero city, and tryin' to hop on the EL or Subway train @ 2 or 3 in the morning makes you realize that how many ppl would not hesitate to take you out even for a lousy shoe lace.

Or just a look. I don't want to make this a gender thing but maybe a lot of women don't get violence the way men do. I guess because we as whole haven't been conditioned to believe anyone will save us
