I really wish the sleep med I'm taking, which is "guaranteed" to work for 8 hours kept me asleep for more than 3-4.![]()
Have you thought about going the natural way...??? Maybe seek the assistance of a naturopath or tcm practitioner
I've talked to a couple of Chinese medicine practitioners. Part of the problem is that pain wakes me up. I havent talked to a naturopath and I dont think I know what a tcm practitioner is.
Lately I sleep 3-5 hours, I'm up, have coffee and noodle around on the web, then take a nap later in the morning. I'd love to have a few nights of 8 hours of actual sleep!
Tcm is traditional Chinese medicine, and you've been down that path. Did they say anything about acupuncture?
One of my nephews is an acupuncturist. His brother also has MS, and is doing well, and thinks the acupuncture helps. Unfortunately they're 2000 miles away.
Are you thinking it could help with the insomnia? I'm a bit tired of sleeping in short snatches instead of getting a solid 6-8
Cupping is fab! I had it done all the time in Asia. Need to find someone here
cupping is where it's at...!!!! i love cupping
We could open a veggie/vegan restaurant and natural medicine spa and cocktail lounge!
i sooooo love that idea...!!!! let's do it, and we can open it up on booby hill...!!!! :smt109
Well a few of us do have some knockers!
i was actually thinking the acupuncture could help with the ms and also the insomnia. you should be able to find someone near you that you could see. i swear by acupuncture and it's amazing abilities. when you saw the tcm's, did they offer any herbs or powders to help assist in sleep...??? maybe i'm lucky having a friend who is a tcm practitioner who i trust wholeheartedly...ive seen her do some amazing things to myself and my friends with her powders, needles and cupping
College Football is back, man this was a great day.
